Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Team Manager – People Analytics to lead a dedicated analytics team delivering workforce data analysis, reporting, and insights. The role is hybrid, blending people leadership with analytical excellence in a global context.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, mentor analysts, and drive modernization and innovation within the function, shaping strategic people decisions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing teams in analytics or HR analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Workday Reporting).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of People Analysts delivering workforce data analysis and insights.
Balance priorities, development, and performance while ensuring quality and governance.
Coach, develop, and empower team members with feedback and development planning.
Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
Manage capacity and prioritization across regions and business needs.
Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of new analytics tools.
