Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Emerging Talent Delivery Lead with German to join our Kraków Global Capability Centre. This hybrid, full-time role covers Poland, Germany and the UK, delivering end-to-end talent programmes and managing supplier relationships.

You will drive BAU recruitment, onboarding, and programme delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead Poland-based initiatives while supporting the UK team with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers / emerging talent delivery including graduate programmes.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

We are looking for an emerging talent operational lead who wants to drive forward our award-winning emerging talent programmes at Rolls-Royce. In this role will be part of our UK & European team taking responsibility for elements of our operational delivery for Poland, Germany and UK. This includes partnering with our businesses and outsourced providers to deliver a 'One Rolls-Royce' end to end service.

This role is a critical delivery role within our new emerging talent structure ensuring successful operational delivery of our growth across Poland, Germany and UK.

This role reports into Germany & Poland Delivery Manager.

What you will be doing:

Support the day-to-day delivery for the emerging talent including BAU recruitment processes, onboarding, programme delivery & offboarding for both UK & Poland.

End-to-End Operational Delivery

• Deliver BAU activity across recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding
• Ensure consistent execution of the learner lifecycle across UK and Poland
• Act as a key operational contact for business stakeholders and suppliers for programme delivery activities such as placements, performance reviews and feedback

Programme Execution & Governance

• Support the execution of programmes in line with governance frameworks, compliance requirements and local legislation
• Coordinate programme milestones including induction, graduation, feedback cycles and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate learner data and support reporting requirements

Supplier & Partner Management

• Work closely with outsourced providers (e.g. graduate services, training providers)
• Support supplier performance management, issue resolution and continuous improvement
• Drive efficiencies across the delivery model and supplier landscape

Programme Coordination

• Oversee delivery of central learning and mandatory training
• Own allocation of Career Coaches and buddy networks (for example emerging talent association)
• Lead delivery for Poland-based emerging talent hiring and programmes and remotely support the UK team (with some annual travel).

Attraction & Pipeline Support

• Support attraction activity including partnerships, awards and pipeline programmes
• Attend careers events, celebration events, engagement activities and external conferences as required

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Identify and implement improvements across processes, systems and learner experience
• Challenge our suppliers to deliver best in class experiences whilst driving effective and efficient process developments
• Own local technology improvements working closely with the global change and experience team
• Ensure all activity aligns with local labour laws, policies and internal controls
