Job summary

Teceze is seeking an EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user IT support in Warsaw, Poland. The role covers desktop and hardware support, network connectivity, and standard business applications, with coordination to L2/L3 teams as needed.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in IT support, strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, LAN/Wi‑Fi/DNS/DHCP basics, and good English; Slovak language skills are required for this position. This is a one-year contract with a monthly gross rate of 2500 EUR.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and common software issues.
• Install, configure, and replace computers, peripherals, and standard software.
• Support users with account, password, access, and basic application issues.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty or hardware-related issues when required.
• Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support as needed.
