Job summary

Teceze in Poland seeks an experienced EUC Support Engineer to provide end-user computing support, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, OS, apps, and user accounts while resolving incidents within SLAs.

You will handle L1/L2 support for desktops and devices, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business apps, and address hardware and network issues. You will also manage imaging, IMAC requests, endpoint security, and ITSM ticketing with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, OS, and user accounts.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, email, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform software installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Support Active Directory user accounts, password resets, permissions, and group membership.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support device imaging, deployment, configuration, and refresh activities.
• Manage IMAC – Install, Move, Add & Change requests.
• Provide support for endpoint security and device compliance issues.
• Log, update, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and escalate complex problems to L3.
• Maintain asset inventory and accurate technical documentation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, application, and vendor teams.
• Provide remote and onsite support to end users as required.
