Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced payroll professional to coordinate payroll activities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with external payroll service providers in multiple countries to ensure compliant and timely payroll execution.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in European payroll, fluency in English and Polish, and strong knowledge of payroll systems. You will partner with HR and Finance to optimize processes and deliver accurate payroll insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll across multiple European countries.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll operations in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with external payroll vendors and regional coordination.
• Experience with Poland payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing across EMEA countries.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors to monitor quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll in compliance with local laws.
• Review payroll data submitted to providers.
• Support resolution of payroll-related issues including tax and benefits.
• Partner with HR and Finance across the region for smooth operations.
• Prepare payroll reports and management summaries.
• Participate in projects to standardize payroll processes across EMEA.
