Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• 8–10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years in regional/international leadership.
• Strong knowledge of European payroll regulations, tax, social security, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll operations across multiple European countries.
• Drive payroll transformation, standardization, and alignment with global objectives.
• Coordinate payroll delivery with HR, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize payroll-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with payroll rules, tax mandates, social security duties and audit controls.
• Lead payroll system implementations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Serve as the main contact for senior stakeholders, auditors, and tax authorities on payroll issues.
