Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Kraków is seeking a Payroll Officer to own end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery using ADP and EOR partners, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers, stay compliant across jurisdictions, and drive payroll improvements in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Fluent English and Polish, strong attention to detail, and a hybrid work model are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across EMEA
• Local professional payroll qualification required
• Experience with ADP payroll platforms and EOR providers preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EMEA payroll via ADP and EOR providers
• Act as main liaison for payroll and employer of record
• Oversee inputs, cut-off schedules, and statutory filings
• Process changes: hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances
• Validate payroll data from Workday and internal platforms; run monthly checks
• Review outputs: payslips, statutory reports, and funding files
• Reconcile payroll GL accounts and support month-end close
• Prepare payroll reports and audit documentation
• Analyze payroll trends and variances for management reporting
• Supervise EOR invoices and SLA oversight
• Contribute to global payroll transformation initiatives
• Partner with HR, Finance, Treasury for compliant operations
• Stay updated on statutory changes across EMEA
