Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of payroll experience with at least 5 years leading regional or international payroll teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of European payroll regulations, tax rules, and social security across jurisdictions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and payroll transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with payroll technology and HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Additional European languages besides English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll operations across Europe, aligning with global objectives and ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Drive payroll transformation, standardization, and process improvements across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to optimize payroll workflows.
• Partner with vendors and auditors, ensuring compliance and strong controls across jurisdictions.
• Act as senior stakeholder liaison for complex payroll issues.
