Aon is seeking an EMEA Payroll Lead in Krakow to guide regional payroll operations, drive transformation, and align with global objectives. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners to deliver reliable payroll services and a consistent colleague experience.

Lead regional teams, standardize processes, and coordinate cross-country payroll delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
8–10+ years payroll experience with 5+ years leading regional/international teams.
Knowledge of European payroll regulations, tax, and social security across jurisdictions.
Hands-on with payroll tech and enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Lead regional payroll operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Build regional payroll strategies aligned with global objectives and transformation.
Coordinate payroll delivery across multiple European countries for accuracy and timeliness.
Manage vendor relationships and partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Tech teams.
Ensure compliance with payroll rules and audit controls across jurisdictions.
Lead payroll system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
