Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the EMEA payroll transformation from the client side. You will coordinate with the global payroll vendor, local payroll teams, HR, Finance and IT to deploy across 15+ countries in a hybrid/remote setup from Kraków.

The role covers end-to-end implementation, governance, risk management, testing and go-live readiness, with emphasis on change management and continuous improvement in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading global payroll implementation or payroll transformation projects.
• Experience working with global payroll vendors and multi-country migrations.
• Experience managing complex international projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries.
• Experience implementing global payroll platforms and solutions.
• Experience working within multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and transition to a global vendor across 15+ countries.
• Plan, govern, and manage risks, milestones, and deliverables across countries.
• Coordinate between vendor, local payroll teams, HR, Finance, and IT.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness across all countries.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement throughout the program.
