Job summary

Koch is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Katowice, Poland, to provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the EMEA region. You will manage contract changes, employee data updates, onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth operations.

You will support projects and transitions, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy while delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement for our HR

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR services that enhance the employee experience and support our business goals.
• Build strong partnerships with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure seamless HR operations and effective solutions.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline HR processes, reduce errors, and increase value for our team and partners.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and trust.
