Job summary

Koch is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Katowice, Poland, to provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the EMEA region. You will manage contract changes, employee data updates, onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth operations.

You will support projects and transitions, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy while delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement for our HR

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Polish and English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week.

Job description

As anHR Operations Specialist at Koch in Katowice (Poland), you will provide HR administrative support to our internal business partners across the EMEA region. You will manage a wide range of activities within theHire to Retirecycle, including contract management, employee data changes, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
You will also collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth andaccurateHR operations. You will also support projects and transitions, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service that contributes to a seamless HR experience and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week.

  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment, particularly with case management systems.
  • Demonstrated HR operational knowledge, including workforce labor compliance, vendor coordination, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in Italian language.
