Job summary

Paramount is seeking an HR Co-ordinator based in Poland to be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities across Poland and the wider EMEA region. You will manage ticketed requests, maintain HR records, and contribute to process improvements.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Salesforce and HRIS tools, collaborating with Payroll, IT, and HRBP teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role (administration/operations).
• Strong communication skills with internal customers and managers.
• Fluent English; Polish and/or another EMEA language is a plus.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for HR queries via AskHR Salesforce.
• Respond within SLAs and escalate when needed to specialists.
• Coordinate triage and escalation across HR functions (Payroll, IT, etc.).
• Manage data change tickets and job requisitions with HRBPs and Finance.
• Contribute to HR data accuracy through reports and audits.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records per defined processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Assist with leave, absence, and time-tracking administration.
• Address T1 benefits queries and support audits for compliance.
• Organize onboarding sessions and HR policy communications.
• Assist EMEA HR Operations Manager and team with org charts and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
