Job summary

Adecco is supporting a confidential international organisation in recruiting a Senior HR Operations Specialist for its EMEA HR Operations environment.

You will support employees and managers through the lifecycle, resolve HR cases, maintain compliant service, and assist with payroll queries, onboarding, offboarding and data changes across multiple EMEA countries. This remote role is based in Poland and offers a fixed-term contract of 11 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits or Employee Services.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience independently managing HR tickets or employee cases.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries.
• Familiarity with HRIS or case-management systems such as Workday, ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Understanding of compliance, employment-law principles and data privacy.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently in a service-level-driven environment.
• Location: Remote within Poland.
• Contract: Employment contract with Adecco Group.
• Duration: 11 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR tickets and employee cases in line with agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle matters.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, categorisation and follow-up.
• Support payroll queries, HR administration, benefits, onboarding, offboarding and employee data changes.
• Handle employee information in accordance with GDPR, data privacy requirements and internal controls.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps and suggest practical improvements.
• Support the accuracy of HR documentation and knowledge-base content.
