Job summary

Euroimmun Poland in Wrocław is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, contracts, and personnel files. You will coordinate payroll data with providers and support Polish payroll processes from a regional perspective.

The role requires knowledge of Polish labor law, strong English communication, and experience with HR systems like Workday or Optima.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, law, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in HR operations/administration.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations related to employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, certificates, and terminations.
• Handle HR inquiries via email, internal chat, and HR Solvve platform.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensure compliance.
• Coordinate payroll data with providers, report for local/regional stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll operations for Israel, South Africa, and Poland in support capacity.
