Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw seeks an EMEA E-Prep EHS Admin to coordinate emergency preparedness programs across the region and support the wider EHS and Facilities Management teams. You will maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards while ensuring site compliance and timely action on findings.

The role requires a relevant degree and 1–3 years' experience in EHS administration, with strong English skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in EHS administration, emergency preparedness or facilities coordination.
• Knowledge of EMEA emergency preparedness regulations and standards.
• Experience with facilities management or EHS reporting tools.
• Strong organisation and data handling skills; proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule emergency drills across EMEA sites.
• Maintain Emergency Preparedness documentation (ERMs, EAPs, floor plans).
• Monitor site compliance and report gaps to regional EHS managers.
• Support accuracy of E-Prep dashboards and reporting tools.
• Track corrective actions from drills, audits and inspections to closure.
• Coordinate Fire Marshal/Warden and First Aider programmes and records.
• Assist with E-Prep audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure emergency equipment inspections are current and documented.
• Prepare E-Prep status reports and KPI summaries for leadership.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to EHS and FM teams.
