Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks an EMEA Health & Safety Advisor to support a leading global client from Wrocław. You will partner with the Global QHSE Lead and account team to foster a strong health and safety culture across the EMEA region, with hybrid work based in Wroclaw and some travel.

Key duties include developing H&S strategies, coordinating risk assessments, training delivery, and managing H&S documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in health and safety within corporate, commercial, or FM environments.
• NEBOSH Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Polish; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global QHSE Lead in developing and maintaining the H&S management system and strategy.
• Provide competent technical advice on H&S queries from the business.
• Coordinate risk assessments for general workplaces and events.
• Coordinate H&S training delivery with the team and client People Team.
• Manage H&S documentation, records, and reporting; assist in monthly performance reports.
