Job summary

Radiometer is seeking an EHS Specialist in Stargard, Poland, on-site with an optional hybrid arrangement. You will support the Facilities department, ensuring environmental and health and safety standards are met and maintained.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, plus preparing reports and internal audits to drive compliance and safety excellence. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a similar role, strong English (B2), knowledge of Polish labor law and

Qualifications

• Min. 3/4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Knowledge of Polish Labor Law & Fire Safety Procedures & Regulations.
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Good organization of work, independence, accuracy, punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental and health and safety standards in the plant.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external institutions on environmental and safety matters.
• Prepare reports, analyses and summaries in accordance with Polish law; perform internal audits.
