Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate, EHS Operations for PDS EMEA to drive consistent EHS execution across multiple countries. You will embed EHS standards into project delivery, collaborate with senior leaders, and support global reporting initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, regional program development, and experience with EHS platforms such as Intelex and Procore. Based in Warsaw, it offers strategic impact across EMEA operations.

Qualifications

Educated to diploma/degree level in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
Experience developing and refining health, safety and environmental management models.
Excellent relationship building with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor on EHS matters for the EMEA PDS Leadership.
Develop and support delivery against EHS service line objectives aligned to strategy.
Monitor and manage EHS metrics to track outcomes and performance.
Contribute to global ESG reporting through metric monitoring.
Lead initiatives to improve EHS reporting and platform usage (Intelex/Procore).
Update PDS leadership on EHS matters and events.
Collaborate to deliver regional EHS programs and training evaluations.
Support cross-country PDS teams to embed EHS standards on site.
