CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an EMEA Health & Safety Advisor to support the Global QHSE Lead and drive a strong safety culture across the EMEA region. The role is hybrid, based in Wroclaw with occasional travel.

You will develop and maintain the client’s H&S management system, respond to H&S queries, coordinate risk assessments, training, and incident investigations, and manage H&S reporting and documentation. Fluent English and Polish are essential.

Competenze

• NEBOSH certificate or diploma or equivalent
• Polish regulations qualification for HSE role
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practice
• 3–5 years in corporate, commercial or facilities management health & safety
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Experience with multinational/EMEA operations
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing controls
• Experience managing accident investigations and HSE training programmes
• Experience coordinating DSE assessment programmes
• Strong stakeholder communication and MS Office proficiency

Mansioni

• Support Global QHSE Lead in HSE system development and continuous improvement
• Provide technical advice on HSE queries from the business
• Coordinate risk assessments for general workplaces and tasks/events
• Coordinate HSE training development and delivery
• Coordinate DSE workstation training and assessment programme
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills across sites
• Manage HSE documentation, procedures and reporting
• Prepare data for monthly HSE performance reports
• Review third‑party audits and corrective actions
• Investigate accidents and participate in investigations as required
