iSpeedToLead is seeking a hands‑on Email Automation & Deliverability Specialist to own deliverability, lifecycle automation, and email performance across campaigns.

You’ll build trigger-based flows, optimize inbox placement, segment users, and analyze metrics to drive growth. This role thrives in a fast-moving startup and requires strong technical email knowledge and independent work style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, automation, lifecycle marketing, or deliverability.
• Hands-on experience building automated and trigger-based email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: sender reputation, bounce rate, spam complaints, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain health, blacklist monitoring.
• Experience with ESPs or email automation platforms (SendPulse, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Ability to analyze email performance metrics and turn insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize trigger-based email flows for different user segments.
• Create automated lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, retention, follow-ups, nurture, transactional).
• Identify key user actions and turn them into automated journeys.
• Improve deliverability across domains, senders, and campaigns.
• Monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, opens, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes.
