Job summary

Jello Digital, a performance marketing agency, is seeking a skilled email marketer to drive revenue for our portfolio of brands. This fully remote role focuses on campaigns, automations, and list hygiene to maximize conversions.

You will plan launches, build sequences, and optimize flows using Klaviyo or similar ESP, with AI-assisted subject lines and timing. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience running revenue-generating email campaigns including high-stakes launches.
• Ability to build momentum across sequences and drive urgency.
• Proficient with Klaviyo or similar ESP for campaigns and flows.
• Solid responsive email design knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools for subject lines and timing.
• Fluent English; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run big campaigns like launches and announcements.
• Build multi-email sequences to convert signups.
• Set up automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, winback.
• Segment lists and tailor messages.
• Write emails that convert and look good on all devices.
• Use AI to optimize subject lines, variations, timing.
• Monitor metrics and improve open, click, conversions.
