Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to turn ideas into high‑performing ad creatives that drive measurable business results. You will own how marketing messages are translated into execution—from concept to performance—ensuring speed, clarity, and continuous optimization.

This role focuses on producing assets that convert, scale, and outperform competitors, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making and AI‑assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing and creative production.
• Strong understanding of ad creative principles (clear message, strong hook, ICP focus).
• Ability to evaluate performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and view rate.
• Experience identifying customer pain points using ICP, buyer persona, or Jobs‑to‑be‑Done frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing hypotheses into testable ad creatives, fast.
• Produce clear, focused messaging tailored to specific audience segments.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance data.
• Identify why creatives win or fail and double down on what works.
• Work closely with marketing and related teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Ensure each creative has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcome.
• Scale successful concepts and eliminate underperforming ones quickly.
