Job summary

Refindable, a digital marketing company focused on automation, eCommerce growth and lead generation, is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will own marketing automation, customer journey flows and lifecycle campaigns using HubSpot.

Collaborate with content and design teams to produce email assets, implement segmentation for targeted audiences, run A/B tests, and monitor key metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, ideally in eCommerce or DTC.
• Proficient with HubSpot (flows, lists, segmentation, reporting); Klaviyo is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret email KPIs and recommend data-driven actions.
• Good eye for design and UX within email templates (no need to code, but basic editing/design skills a plus).
• Strong copy instincts and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with creative and growth teams.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of marketing automation, customer journey flows, and eCommerce growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute email campaigns and automated flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement) in HubSpot
  
• Support broader lifecycle marketing strategies with hands-on execution and optimization
  
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce email assets that reflect brand tone and drive conversion
  
• Implement segmentation strategies to target specific audiences and improve deliverability and engagement
  
• Track and report on key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, etc.), identifying insights and opportunities
  
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design, and send times to optimize performance
  
• Maintain and organize contact lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  
• Stay current with best practices and trends in email marketing and eCommerce automation
  
• Occasionally assist in cross-channel campaign alignment (e.g., paid media, landing pages, pop-ups)
  

Requirements
