Job summary

Robotec.ai is seeking a technically oriented Growth Automation Engineer to own and optimize the outbound automation stack in Warsaw, Poland. You will build automated lead pipelines, integrate CRM and enrichment tools via APIs, and tune AI-driven workflows for scalable outreach.

The role requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn and cold email tooling at scale, strong knowledge of email deliverability, and comfort with Make/Zapier/n8n.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building and managing marketing/lead generation automation (technical, tooling-focused)
• Deep knowledge of AI tools for process automation and ability to wire them into reliable workflows
• Comfortable with API integrations, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Hands-on experience operating LinkedIn outreach and cold email tooling at scale
• Solid understanding of email deliverability and sending infrastructure (domains, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation)
• Analytical, systems-thinking mindset: optimize processes, automate the repetitive, measure everything
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English (C1 or higher)

Responsibilities

• Own, configure, and optimize outbound tooling stack
• Build and maintain automated lead generation pipelines across LinkedIn and email
• Integrate outreach stack with CRM and data enrichment via APIs and webhooks
• Set up and optimize AI-driven workflows for personalized outreach
• Align outreach campaigns with product marketing and GTM priorities
• Own deliverability and sending infrastructure (domains, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Instrument, measure, and optimize performance; run experiments to improve system-wide outcomes
