Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Delivery Coordinator in Warsaw to help plan, coordinate and deliver tutor trainings and delivery days. You will own tutor scheduling, matching expertise with client requirements and budgets across locations.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, plus another European language. This hybrid role involves engaging with tutors, sales and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tutors, Sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery.
• Managing and coordinating tutor diaries, responding quickly and effectively to scheduling requests.
• Planning and allocating workload for non-delivery days, including personal development activities.
• Maintaining accurate data and records across Excel and internal systems.
• Monitoring and achieving SLAs, KPIs and monthly delivery targets.
• Identifying and resolving scheduling challenges before they impact delivery.
