• Fluent Dutch (C1) is required.
• Good English (spoken and written).
• 4–6 years in insurance customer service.
• Proven training, coaching and onboarding experience.
• WFT certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality phone-based insurance customer service.
• Handle complex inquiries and policy adjustments.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
