Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule Initial, Surveillance, and Re-assessment audits in alignment with client needs and certification requirements.
• Coordinate and confirm audit dates with clients, auditors, and internal teams.
• Ensure audits are scheduled within agreed timelines, considering client and auditor constraints.
• Track and manage audit workflow from assignment to completion.
• Update and maintain internal systems with accurate auditor assignments and client details.
• Provide support for auditors and clients in the event of unplanned changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
• Address scheduling conflicts or changes promptly to minimize disruption to timelines.
