Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Delivery Coordinator in Warsaw to help plan, coordinate and deliver tutor trainings and delivery days. You will own tutor scheduling, matching expertise with client requirements and budgets across locations.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, plus another European language. This hybrid role involves engaging with tutors, sales and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong client satisfaction.

• Monitoring and achieving SLAs, KPIs and monthly delivery targets.
• Identifying and resolving scheduling challenges before they impact delivery.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of tutor scheduling, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time by matching tutor expertise, client requirements, budgets and geographical locations. Language Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, plus an additional European language(s), such as German, Dutch, Spanish and/or Italian.

Examples Of What You'll Be Doing

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is at PLN 77,350 - 91,000 per annum. The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within the range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
