Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support for IT and business applications to Unit4 customers.
• Progress issues to resolution, coordinating with R&D as needed.
• Handle escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
