Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. Kraków is recruiting for a DOC Controller. You will manage end-to-end DOC invoice processes, verify cash flow, and resolve system errors while ensuring SLA compliance. The role demands strong Excel, SAP HANA knowledge, and a proactive improvement mindset.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, prepare budgets and business cases, and maintain accurate documentation under tight deadlines. Fluency in English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in working for financial international organization.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA; BRF+ is an asset.
• Knowledge of suppliers and contract management.
• Strong financial and business orientation; able to evaluate, analyze and present data.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines.
• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end process for DOC invoices, including approval and audit and pricing maintenance.
• Manage daily cash flow verification and ensure correct information flow between suppliers and internal systems.
• Analyze and verify system errors; work with IT and stakeholders until resolution.
• Prepare budgets and business cases.
• Ensure process execution according to SLA and report results regularly.
• Resolve complex supplier and stakeholder queries; maintain cooperation with partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
