Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow seeks a finance professional to ensure accurate financial data and effective Controllership across entities. You will contribute to month-end and year-end closing, monitor variances, and support audits within IFRS guidelines.

The role requires 2–4 years in Finance, a Master’s in Finance and Accounting, strong English, and knowledge of SAP and MS Office. Hybrid work arrangement with focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Financial Controllership or Record-to-Report.
• Very good English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial information and balance sheet positions.
• Perform financial accounting, reporting and controllership activities in accordance with IFRS, local regulations and company policies.
• Support and govern month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial results, investigate unusual movements and explain variances.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance Operations.
• Support audits by providing financial information and documentation.
• Participate in finance transformation and onboarding of new team members.
