Job summary

HelloFresh Warsaw is building a new R&D Tech Hub and seeks a servant leader for our WMS software engineering and product functions. You will own the full software delivery lifecycle for the Infios Warehouse Advantage platform across global locations.

You'll drive engineering excellence, AI-assisted tooling, and a culture of high-velocity, reliable releases in a hybrid work environment with collaboration across operations, automation, procurement, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• WMS software engineering and implementation experience.
• Experience with Infios Warehouse Advantage WMS platform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and oversight for the WMS deployment globally.
• Drive integration architecture to upstream tooling via CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on AWS hosting sizing and performance for WMS Architecture.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering, automated code review, and test generation.
• Own CI/CD maturity roadmap with automated deployment and feature flags.
• Lead QA strategy with automated regression suites and performance testing.
• Define and track engineering metrics (DORA) for performance reporting.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and legacy system transitions.
• Coach engineers and partner with HR for talent development.
