Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, within HelloTech, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the global benefit and incentive platform, defining configuration and governance across brands. You will lead a squad of engineers and turn this high-impact system into a scalable, automated platform that supports marketing and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in platform product management with a track record of scalable internal tools and APIs.
• 6+ years of product management experience at Senior or Staff level across multiple markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align senior stakeholders.
• Background in commercial strategy or promotional economics is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture for automation and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global benefit platform.
• Design scalable primitives and reusable building blocks to avoid bespoke campaigns.
• Establish automated governance, including margin floors and stacking checks.
• Build intuitive back-office tooling for independent campaign configuration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams for platform adoption.
• Evaluate automation opportunities balancing flexibility with reliability.
