Job summary

HelloFresh is building a Warsaw-based People Technology hub. We seek a senior integrations specialist to own end-to-end Workday integrations and cross-system workflows. The role blends hands-on engineering with operations ownership, spanning APIs, middleware and low-code tools in a global environment.

You will design, build and operate reliable, secure solutions, mentor others, and help evolve our engineering standards and patterns. Fluent English and a related technical degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in integrations, systems engineering or related roles.
• Experience delivering and supporting live enterprise solutions, ideally in HR technology ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, and data formats (XML/JSON).
• Experience with Workday integrations or equivalent enterprise HR platforms.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues and implement durable fixes.
• Fluency in English; ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of complex integrations across Workday and connected systems.
• Design, build, test and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, APIs and middleware.
• Develop workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions and scalable enterprise integrations.
• Provide senior escalation support for incidents, diagnose root causes and implement durable fixes.
• Contribute to engineering standards, patterns and runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and partner with product/operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
