Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw is seeking a People Technology Senior Integrations Specialist to design, build, and operate complex integrations across Workday and connected systems. You will own end‑to‑end solutions, contribute to automation, and help advance AI-enabled capabilities in a global environment.

We value hands‑on engineering with operational ownership and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in English is required and disruptive thinking to improve security and governance is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in integrations or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting Workday integrations or equivalent.
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and middleware.
• Experience in workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of complex integrations across Workday and other systems.
• Design, build, test and maintain solutions using modern tools and patterns.
• Improve workflow automation, intelligent integrations and AI-enabled solutions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for incidents and issues across integrations.
• Ensure data security, performance and maintainability during high-risk periods.
• Contribute to engineering standards, patterns and runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with the team.
