Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with professional video-editing software.
• Strong preference for Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Output: eight ad briefs per week and high-volume production.
• Experience running AI-driven video workflows in production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Edit VSLs and DR ads using AI-first workflows.
• Iterate weekly on top-performing ads for performance gains.
• Ensure ads are visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
• Stay current with social media trends to keep creatives fresh.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns via edits and hooks.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
