Job summary

Automate.travel is seeking a dedicated Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end client onboarding for tour operators across Europe and Australia. Youll plan, kickoff, configure, import data, train users, and support live rollout during the initial weeks.

Youll collaborate with leadership and product design, communicating with owners and managers to ensure promises are met and timelines are clear. Polish language is required alongside strong English.

Qualifications

• Advanced, daily work with AI, Claude in particular: you use it to prepare configurations, data imports, guides and client answers. In the interview we’ll ask you to show how
• 3+ years at a B2B software company in an implementation, customer success, solutions consultant or similar role
• English good enough to run a client meeting with ease, and fluent Polish
• Comfortable with data: spreadsheet imports, integration docs, finding the cause of an error
• You plan your own work and can run several rollouts at once
• The confidence to tell a client not yet and explain why

Responsibilities

• Run client implementations: plan, kickoff call, configuration, data import, training, first weeks live
• Keep the implementation queue: who is in an active rollout, who is waiting and why
• Turn what clients need into clear tasks for the product team, with a definition of done
• Make sure what we promise a client has a date and an owner, and tell clients honestly when something is not ready yet
• Check new features against real client setups before rollout
• Prepare guides and short training sessions
