Job summary

Mollie is seeking a post-sales integration lead to own the delivery of the most complex deals from handover to go-live and handover. You will coordinate with sales, onboarding, product and engineering to resolve issues, track timelines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

This newly formed function offers influence on process design and a flat, collaborative team culture, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality implementations across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding or delivery in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales integration from handover to go-live.
