Job summary

Automate.travel is seeking a dedicated Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end client onboarding for tour operators across Europe and Australia. Youll plan, kickoff, configure, import data, train users, and support live rollout during the initial weeks.

Youll collaborate with leadership and product design, communicating with owners and managers to ensure promises are met and timelines are clear. Polish language is required alongside strong English.

Qualifications

• Advanced, daily work with AI, Claude in particular: you use it to prepare configurations, data imports, guides and client answers. In the interview we’ll ask you to show how
• 3+ years at a B2B software company in an implementation, customer success, solutions consultant or similar role
• English good enough to run a client meeting with ease, and fluent Polish
• Comfortable with data: spreadsheet imports, integration docs, finding the cause of an error
• You plan your own work and can run several rollouts at once
• The confidence to tell a client not yet and explain why

Sales picked up, and today the pace of the whole company depends on implementations. Every new client needs someone who takes them from the signed contract to the day their people work in the system on their own.

Today a few people each do a piece of it. We're looking for one person who owns it end to end: the plan, the kickoff, configuration, data import, training and the first weeks of live use.

You'll work with our CEO, our CTO and Kamil, our Head of Product Design, and talk directly with owners and managers of tour companies in Europe and Australia.
