Job summary

ProcureDesk seeks an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding and implementation of new customers. You will guide setup, configuration, training, and go-live while ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for US clients.

In this role you will manage multiple implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continuously improve documentation and templates to support scalable success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; experience with US clients is required.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system configuration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in US EST timezone.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding from post-sale hand-off through successful go-live.
• Lead kickoff calls, establish implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and next steps.
• Gather customer requirements for procurement, approval, purchasing, and AP workflows.
• Configure ProcureDesk based on customer needs.
• Coordinate integrations with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Conduct admin and end-user training sessions.
• Manage multiple implementations with quality and responsiveness.
• Identify risks early and drive resolutions before escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Success, Product, and Engineering for smooth hand-offs.
• Create and improve implementation documentation, SOPs, templates, and playbooks.
• Share feedback with Product and internal stakeholders to improve the experience.
