Job summary

Versigent in Kraków is seeking a Privacy Specialist to conduct Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), ensure GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD and CCPA/CPRA compliance, and support business teams with privacy questions.

You will maintain RoPA records, contribute to data mapping and quality improvements, deliver privacy training, support global privacy operations, assist with incident response and DSARs, and pursue continuous process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data privacy experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with privacy management tools (OneTrust) is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects.
• CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy and AI impact assessments (OneTrust) incl. LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA.
• Support business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and queries.
• Maintain RoPA records including data mapping and quality improvements.
• Deliver privacy training and awareness across the organization.
• Support global privacy program implementation and daily operations.
• Assist with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Conduct research on global data protection topics and drive process improvements.

YOUR ROLE

• Conducting Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensuring compliance with global privacy and AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
• Supporting business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and resolving privacy‑related queries.
• Maintaining and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), including data mapping and quality improvements.
• Delivering privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
• Supporting global privacy program implementation and daily privacy operations.
• Assisting with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Conducting research on global data protection topics and supporting continuous process improvement.
• Performing additional privacy‑related tasks as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 3–5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
• Degree‑level education (preferred).
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are an advantage.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
