Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an Alpha Account Services Data Analyst in Krakow to collect and validate client account data, support system configuration, and ensure complete and accurate onboarding across Alpha Platform.

You will work with clients, implementation leads, data teams, product and technology to resolve data issues, support testing, conversion, and production readiness while applying data controls for reliable account setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in data analysis, investment operations, client implementation, or financial services technology.
• Experience with account onboarding, system configuration, data controls, or implementation testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze client account data to support conversions and lifecycle events.
• Review data for completeness, consistency, and alignment with operating models and templates.
• Support configuration of account attributes and client-specific settings within workflow tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and readiness for testing, conversion, and production.
