Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Poland to help onboarding clients and maintaining accounts. You will interact with clients, sub-custodians and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely account setup and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving, with fluency in English and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• University Students or Graduates (preferably Finance, Accountancy or Business related degree).
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Good command of written and verbal English language.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact with clients, sub-custodians and internal departments for market related activities and inquiries.
• Monitor market changes to ensure client accounts remain compliant with regulations.
• Assist clients with new fund launches and account opening requests, including preparation of opening packages.
• Maintain and close accounts as required (mergers, conversions, name changes, renewals).
• Provide prompt responses and processing times on inquiries.
