Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a versatile Data Operations Specialist with data analysis skills to help build and sustain client data capabilities using Alpha services and products. You will work with global teams and contribute to reliable data delivery.

The role focuses on data operations management, root cause analysis, test planning, and collaboration across IT and implementation teams to drive process automation and improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Data Management, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Typically 2–3 years of industry experience across Financial Services or Data fields.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and/or other market data vendors (nice to have).
• Knowledge of SQL (nice to have).
• Good numerical and analytical abilities; excellent attention to detail; strong team ethics and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data operations, ensuring data delivered to clients on time and high quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues.
• Support internal and client testing prior to go-live and post-production transition with test plans and scripts.
• Contribute input on overall Alpha Data product enhancements and requirements.
• Collaborate with Alpha Data Implementation, Service Management and IT to share best practices and global processes.
