Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Data Operations Senior Specialist for the Alpha Data team in Kraków. You will ensure timely, accurate data delivery to clients and act as a SME for data processes and platforms.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, testing support, and collaboration across implementation, service management and IT teams to enhance Alpha Data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Middle Office Operations or related data fields.
• Proficiency with SQL and data quality controls.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg or other market data vendors helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support data operations; ensure data is delivered on time, accurate and within scope.
• Serve as a process/platform SME; conduct root cause analysis of data issues.
• Work within guidelines and procedures, and support testing activities prior to go-live.
• Join the wider Alpha Data team to contribute to product enhancements and requirements.
• Collaborate with implementation, service management and IT teams to share best practices.
