Kats Recruitment is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an on-site role in Warsaw, Poland. You will handle bookings, refunds, loyalty programs, and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, supporting a Scandinavian airline.

The role requires Danish proficiency at C1+ and English at B2+. You will work in a fast-paced travel environment with rotations and training to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Danish native or advanced (C1+).
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+).
• Strong multitasking and detail orientation.
• Experience in customer support or travel/hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care to Danish-speaking passengers via calls, chat, and email.
• Assist with flight bookings, rebookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Handle refunds and explain airline fare policies.
• Support loyalty programs, points, and member benefits.
• Guide customers through online portals and self-service tools.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and reservation systems.
• Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support flight operations.
