Job summary

Stora Enso in Poland is seeking an International Business Development Manager for the DACH region. You will drive export sales, build strategic customer relationships, and coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain to deliver value.

You will operate in a hybrid work setup with occasional travel to the DACH region, leveraging your negotiation and analytical skills to expand our packaging solutions business internationally.

Qualifications

• We require 3+ years in export sales with proven success.
• 5+ years in sales overall and international exposure.
• Experience in export markets and packaging sector is a plus.
• University degree and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sales activities to win new customers via market mapping and tenders.
• Build relations with online stores, fulfilment providers, brand owners, and distributors.
• Develop value propositions with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers.
• Maintain customer relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Analyze sales data, profitability, and stock levels to guide actions.
• Monitor receivables and ensure on-time payments.
• Create regional sales development plans.
