Stora Enso in Poland is seeking an International Business Development Manager for the DACH region to join our packaging solutions team. You will lead export sales initiatives, map markets, identify opportunities, and prepare compelling offers while coordinating with production, R&D, and supply chain.
This role requires strong negotiation and relationship skills, willingness to travel up to a few days monthly, and the ability to work independently within a hybrid setup.

We are searching for a sales professional who is passionate, outgoing and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate should possess strong hunting skills and have a proven track record of successfully expanding business in export markets. You should be a creative problem-solver who is proactive and can work independently, while also having strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on available data.
We highly value your ability to plan and manage your time effectively, as well as your capability to establish and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
As the ideal candidate, you should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
