Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a customer service specialist to deliver excellent support in Czech and English. You will resolve issues, de-escalate situations, and build lasting customer relationships while working in a hybrid Poland-based environment.

Ideal candidates have a Czech C1 level, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year in an international contact centre. A university degree and proficiency in Excel/MS Office are expected.

Your profile

• You have C1-level fluency in Czech.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in an international contact centre environment.
• You demonstrate strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
• You have excellent customer service skills and can effectively manage and de-escalate customer frustration.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently and objectively.
• You are dedicated to delivering a high‑quality customer experience and building lasting customer relationships.
• You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing requests and concerns.
• You have good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools, hold a university degree, and can adapt effectively to a fast‑changing environment.
